In our first entrant to the "Exercise in Fruitility" series, we saved a pallet of beautiful organic Chilean blueberries from certain doom and created a deliciously bubbly bottled treat to be enjoyed by all. Layered on a 3-year blended base, this fermentation has all the complexity of our other MT3 offerings, but with a bright and refreshing blueberry twist. We love the color and vinous flavors brought out in this fruit re-fermentation, which reminds us of some fun Pet Nat Cabernet Sauvignon, with notes of vanilla from the Rye Whiskey barrels that we used to house the fruit maceration.
