Back in 2023, our friends from Brewery Novalis flew to Colorado and helped us select an assemblage of puncheons for blending, selecting stock that showcases many of our favorite characteristics of mature, bitter, and caramelized spon. This hand-selected Golden Blend rested an additional six months in freshly emptied Family Jones distillery Earl Grey Gin casks and conditioned with young stock in December 2023. Guess what… Human Construct is ready for enjoyment, tasting delicious, and clocks in at an understated 9.6% ABV.
