It’s just so stunning. What do you say when something is just right?⁣

As the three breweries in the US practicing strictly spontaneous fermentation with only native yeast and bacteria, we probably should have done this collaboration sooner. Now we know better.⁣

This embodies what is good, or perhaps, what is best in that: the insane minerality, the intense funkiness, and the delightful drinkability married to complexity.⁣
